Refund policy
Returns/Cancellations:
- All sales are final.
- Cancelations are not accepted unless a change of address is needed. The address must be requested to be changed before shipping is completed. Once the package has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a change of address. The buyer will remain responsible for the original address provided and no refund will be issued if this causes the package delivered to the incorrect address. Preorders are included within this policy.
- In order for an address to be changed, the order must be cancelled and repurchased. We are required to ship to the address given on an order.
- Preorders: Cancelations are also not eligible on Preorders unless 40 days have passed since ordering without the item arriving in hand to us. Once the item arrives to us, it is also no longer eligible for cancelation.
Refunds:
- For packages sent back to the seller (Jirachi's Wishes) by USPS due to address issues, the customer will receive a full refund when the item is successfully delivered to Jirachi's Wishes. The buyer must repurchase the item in order for it to be resent.
- Lost packages: Lost packages within the USA are eligible for refunds. Lost packages outside of the USA are not eligible for a refund without purchasing additional insurance.
- Packages are not considered lost until at least 14 days have passed since the previous tracking update in the USA, and 30 days outside of the USA.
- Damaged packages: Items damaged from transit may be eligible for a refund wirhin the USA. You will be required to submit proof of damage including the item, packaging and materials used, and the shipping label. Items outside of the USA are not eligible for a refund without purchasing additional insurance.
- Jirachi's Wishes is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. Contact your local post office in the event of this occurring.
- Jirachi's Wishes is NOT able to alter the address provided on a shipping label without a request to cancel and repurchase the item before the item has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for the incorrect address provided on a shipping label. Jirachi's Wishes will not refund for an incorrect address provided on the shipping label. The buyer has the responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided upon ordering.
