- Where are you located?
We are an online only business based from Tennessee, USA.

- Do you ship internationally? 
Currently, through our website, we do not ship internationally. You may contact us if you would like to arrange international shipping. Please note that postage outside of the USA is significantly more. 

- How long does shipping take?
Shipping is within two business days of your order (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays, or on federal USA holidays. We cannot guarantee an arrival date for your package. 

- Do you accept returns or cancellations?
We do not accept returns or cancellations.

- Do you offer holds on items? 
Holds are unable to be provided.

- Can I request a specific item to be ordered?
Orders are allowed to be taken through our Discord if it is an item we are able to obtain. We do not accept order requests through any other means.

- What happens if my package is sent back to you by USPS?
You will receive a full refund after the item has been successfully returned back to me. You must repurchase in order for it to be resent. 

- Can I receive a refund for an order?
